Return Policy

Cancellation
All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted once production has begun on any custom or specialty products (items that are not a stock size).

 

Returns (If Applicable)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at service@huiveoo.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, Please send the goods back to us according to the address we provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Fee
If you choose to return the product because the product we sent is damaged, incomplete, etc., the shipping fee will be borne by us.

If you need to return the product due to personal reasons, the shipping fee will be borne by you. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

 

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We will not accept returns for items that are past their return date or that have been damaged by the customer. 
We cannot accept returns on custom items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know. After verifying, you’ll be refunded on your payment method or other ways within 7 business days.
